Music has such power to affect both the performer and the listener. My goal as such is to help make music accessible to all who are interested. As an educator, I seek to instill passion for music from a young age. Even if a student does not continue music after primary school, I would hope they bring with them an appreciation for the art. I try to do the same from a performer's perspective. Saxophone is historically associated with jazz, and I wish to showcase that the instrument also has capacity for moving classical music. In all respects, I hope I am successful in my goals.
